Refund policy
We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. The customer has 30 days from the time of purchase to contact us about a return or exchange. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days.
**If the item is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the order.**
How to return or exchange your order:
We do not provide free returns at this time. It is the customer's responsibility to return the item to us at their expense and to also pay the return shipping back to them. We do offer in-person returns or exchanges at our retail location.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damages. Our email address is seasonsinspirationsdeor@gmail.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
